- Implement a range of strategies that avoid the need for exclusion
Achieve Redesignation (Business & Enterprise) and Second Specialism
- To add value (i.e. To improve the quality of learning & teaching, to develop leadership at all levels, to ensure equality of access to training & development for associate staff)
- To add income to support further redevelopment and refurbishment
Promote Student Voice and Participation
- Ensure the student council is clear about its role in shaping the future of the school
- Increase the opportunities for student leadership
- Increase the opportunities for students to participate in the wider life of the school and community
Improve Communication
- Making clear responsibilities and accountabilities
- Decreasing the volume of paper-based communication
- Increase the consultation with staff/students and parents
